Ambiguity

There are things I’m supposed to understand
That I cannot comprehend my living here
Where to go I don’t know
The place to be is so unknown
I want to try my luck
But every time I slip and fail
With nowhere to go nowhere to hide
I can no longer keep what’s inside
Hope there will be someone I can hold on to
To stay with me in my failures
To wipe the tears I shed everyday
And wrap me in loving arms
Then together we will be free
Defying the odds overcoming obstacles
Then when everything is all said and done
We will grace the world with holding hands
